Question by Najera 23: Can I eat fresh water fish if I have GOUT?
I KNOW THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO EAT SEAFOOD, BECAUSE IT IS VERY HIGH IN SODIUM, BUT FRESH WATER FISH IS NOT.

Usually shell fish is the worst offender…. however I do recall my mom occasionally experiencing extra pain after eating fish.
