course .. Yes! Those who have high cholesterol, of course, can get a wicked case of gout if they consume what would be considered a “normal” serving of milk products such as sour cream, cheese, custard, custard … The water, keep it up and point right toe broken if the feeling persists for more than a day … However, ask your doctor why you need to know what to do for yourself. I worked with a guy who had unexplainable pain in his feet and it was diagnosed that he had gout. He worked out, ate well and only drank once in a while. He was average weight. So, yes, an active person can get gout. There are many causes, and his had to do with a kidney problem, unrelated to alcohol or obesity.
