  1. Gout is a painful condition that occurs when the body of uric acid in product waste is deposited as needle-like crystals in joints and / or soft tissues. Together, these uric acid crystals cause inflammatory arthritis, which in turn leads to intermittent swelling, redness, heat, pain and stiffness.
Gout initially affects the joints of the toe (a condition called gout). But many other joints and areas around the joints can be affected, in addition to or instead of the big toe. These include the instep, ankles, heels, knees, wrists, fingers and elbows. Chalky deposits of uric acid, also known as tophi, can appear as lumps under the skin around the joints and covering the board 's ear. Uric acid crystals can also accumulate in the kidneys and cause kidney stones.
What is important to understand that gout can be "marked", not "cured."

  3. Try the cherry juice. . . I have mine in a box of cherries. . . Are not really red, but purple-blue. Both my father and I found this works pretty well. Good luck!

  4. Yes, it can affect any joint. If you go to your doctor he / she can prescribe medications that have excess uric acid from your system and be gout free.
