I had a gout attack around a month ago, and the bone just below my big toe is sticking out, why?

Thanks for the answers on how long it will take to recover? (No inflammation is as bone), I could be toefi but this is only the first attack I had in my left foot.

inflammation and swelling. It does come down, but will be back any time you have an attack and spend less of repeated attacks.
