Cherry juice alone is not going to treat gout. Do not leave this option disabled by a professional.
Meanwhile, reduce your weight, follow a moderate exercise program, drink plenty of water, elevate the affected area, if possible, and avoid a diet rich in meat and fish.

Go see your doctor. If you have gout, allopurinol is a great drug, efficient, economical and avoided in future.

depends on whether you really gotta. If you have gout you can expect to be a pain in 2 days. If the pain comes from the joint of his big toe should go to dr. now. . . I can say from experience that is painful. cherry juice is helpful but not a real cure / prevention.
