and very painful. The affected area is at the top of the foot all around my Achilles tendon. I have to jump all over for a couple of days and then the pain goes away completely. I have the symptoms of gout, but should not affect anyone my age. Anyone have an alternative diagnosis or a cure? It could be ligaments or tendons?

My husband is 34 and has the same symptoms you have. ER doctor said he has more tests for pseudo gout. (Do not know what the difference). Weird. Good luck.
