maybe you need shoe inserts?If you have flat feet, or the toes have too much pressure on them:you are getting bunions?these take years to grow, and possible to remove(when they get big enough) Are you standing a lot or running a lot?
Buy superfeet insoles, no prescription needed.

   yes it is possible and you can research that further by google-ing just gout. not just older people get that

   yes it is possible i devolped gout at age 24 and suffered it on and off for years until i started taking it serious and took my medication serous i have now had it under controll for 10 years
