  1. Gout is a systemic disease that is brought on by an excess of uric acid in the joints, but the real underlying infections that are not easily found by doctors. A focus on cleaning the liver and gallbladder along with taking anti-infective nutritional formulas will put you on the road to allowing your body to heal.

Getting vaccinations can play a big part in overloading your body with toxins that it can’t get rid of, dental infections due to getting amalgam fillings, root canals, and the like will greatly contribute to the body burden of heavy metals. A bad diet of drinking lots of alcohol, eating hydrogenated oils, trans fats, vegetable oils like Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, and Corn oils all contribute heavily to this problem.

The pain killers will help relieve some of the discomfort, but exacerbate the toxic liver issue and extend the problem, not solve it. This is a degenerative disease, not something allopathic medicine is good at solving because it requires a good knowledge of nutrition to build your body to health.

    good luck to you

  3. Gout cannot be cured, but it can be very successfully treated. The main goal of treating gout is to reduce the amount of urate in your blood. Your doctor might suggest that you

Change your diet. (Diets that are lower in meat, shellfish, and some other foods can help decrease the amount of uric acid in your body. Avoid fructose sweetened foods and beverages.)
Quit taking drugs such as diuretics.
    Lose weight.
    Quit drinking alcohol.
Avoid activities that stress your joints.
Drink plenty of fluids to help your kidneys work more efficiently.
