  10. UniversalYou are correct and I agree, we must also avoid seedless fruits as possible, and if the choice always choose fruit with seeds. Unfortunately, Seeded melons are very rare and hard to find now, and it is because, like all consumers, for too many years we have chosen to buy seedless melons, which are nutritionally inferior. Let's do something to market demand, and if we stop to buy fruits without seeds, let's seeds, which are much better
