Question by Beatnik: Natural remedies for the treatment and prevention of “GOUT”?
I have just been diagnosed with gout and would like to know of some good natural remedies. I know that drinking 12 glasses of water to continue flushing the system is supposed to help along with some dietary changes. What about Total Cleanse- Uric Acid or other products? Are there any independent research organizations, not sponsored by product producers/sellers that have good data?

The only way really is to eat a completely alkaline diet,I have being eating it for a year now ,I had very high levels of uric acid in my blood which are now normal.
As a consequence of this I have lost 4 stone without even trying ,good luck.
