high purine that will cause the body to create more than usual uri acid which can cause a flair up for a person whom has Gout; which is Crystals that gather up in the joints causing sevier pain and sweeling

All meats have purines, but what raises uric acid levels the most is fructose sugar and beer. Uric acid causes much worse problems than gout. Like kidney damage and high blood pressure. Please watch the video linked below.

Take a look at this website, it should have information about lunch meat, such as turkey, and their purine levels.
To avoid gout, drink lots of water, 1 oz for every 2 lbs of body weight. Drink 100% fruit juices. Take celery seed pills to help the body not create so much uric acid. As the person said above, stay away from beer, coffee, high fructose corn syrup. Get a script from your doctor for allopurinol, it’s excellent too.
