Depends, largely dependent on diet. See a doctor, or a nutritionist, about which foods to avoid.

i use to get them about 3 or 4 times a year , but my doc put me on meds to lower my uric acid and I’m 2 years now without an attack

Attacks of gout often occur after indulging in alcohol, particularly wine or beer, or after overeating rich foods such as liver, anchovies, and gravy.
The more often you indulge, the more attacks you can expect.

Dont you mean Goats?
They attack all the time. But you dont hear about it on the news. Why? Do you have a goat wanting to attack you?
