Ummm.. take her out and don’t ask for any. Don’t even bring it up with her. It shows that you respect her body and like her for personality.

take her out? maybe go bowling, movies, dinner, lunch,something! don’t even bring up the whole sex thing. Don’t even do anything sexual to her. Like don’t touch her ass or anything, just hold her waits when you hug her. Just take her out and drop her off at home.

There’s no way to prove that.
It’s fairly immature for her to demand that considering it’s something that requires time.
Anybody could be in things for the wrong reasons.
Of course you want intercourse, you’re a human.
On the other hand she wants dedication, loyalty, happiness.
By her asking that it shows that she doesn’t trust you yet.
So really you need to treat her as good friend, move slowly and gain her trust. It’s not about the intercourse, it’s about being comfortable.
