Check out http://www.best-gout-remedies.com. There are things mentioned there from celery and cherries to apple cider vinegar and fish oils.
Here’s what’s worked for me:
o allopurinol, it’s a script from the dr., very cheap and no side effects
o celery seed pills, fairly inexpensive and hoping it helps the liver to not create so much uric acid
o drink lots of water each day, 1 oz for every 2 lbs of body weight
o I gave up beer; tough call, but was tired of the gout attacks
o eating more fruits, drinking V8 VFusion since I don’t like veggies, and drinking smoothies made with plain yogurt, banana, pineapple, orange juice, and frozen berries
