ALKALIZE! What’s the easiest way? Drink a green juice or 2 every day! You can only eat so many heads of lettuce, & nibble on so many bunches of cilantro a day… If you’re in pain or are inflamed, alkalization is key! Fruit energizes the cells; green juices alkalize the tissues. This won’t happen overnight! You must be vigilant & patient. If you can, partner or team up with others who can support you! eg, create a Mom & Daughter, or Father & Son GREEN JUICE TEAM! One of you might have more skills in one area than the other, but the other has skills that the other one doesn’t have! For example, with Krista and I, it’s always been my role to make all the food for us, as it comes naturally to me. As Krista has a natural inclination toward anything technological, she effortlessly enjoys taking care of that department for us. OK, so back to the PAIN! …you could be experiencing it anywhere

Feeling hot, hot, hot!!! Still time to come over for the Paris West Indian Carnival that will take place on this Saturday. Ms Chantal Loial is a trend-setter in the world of dance. This Martinique born bold lady was among the first choreographers not to say the one who was behind many trends but more specifically that our Afro-Caribbean heritage, – creole, story-telling characters, myths, word of mouth, play on words, Gwo Ka, Bèlè dances-, could be intertwined, juxtaposed to other dances like hip-hop, ballet for ie Ms Chantal Loial is a great eye opener for French media, for French people with her dance company Difé Kako as regards multiculturalism and diversity. Actually, she succeeds where they totally fail to show, say, write an accurate vision of themselves, of what we as a nation are; I am always amused by this absolutely appalling and pathetic reality in France. Anyway Bored in Paris this summer? Difé Kako invites you to join in – Free Afro-Caribbean dance classes at the Parc de Choisy. Here is their website or pls drop me an email. 4. @bladdan :) nice. just remember not to push yourself too hard or too far if this is your first time in juice fasting. maybe 1-3 days for the first fast, max. fasting, especially for toxic bodies (most people these days) is intense, especially in the beginning, due to so much toxins being eliminated. if you feel like a flu or cold, or fever, or just feel bad, stop, and slowly start with things like soups to end the fast.

  8. @bladdan i meant “20-, 40-, 60-day+ juice fasts”

    Comment by sacredfeeling29 — December 23, 2010 @ 10:53 am

  9. @bladdan no, in fact opposite. most ppls’ digestive systems are overworked, inefficient, and clogged up. juice fasting is very good for the digestive system. it gives it a rest, and a chance to clean up house. those who have cleared up their systems have done 20-, 40-, 60-+ juice fasts.

  10. @sacredfeeling29 ahh, but only taking fluids wont that weaken the digestion system?

    Comment by bladdan — December 23, 2010 @ 11:13 am

  11. @bladdan mixers/blenders retain the pulp, so your digestive system will still have to process the pulp. people with serious health issues and/or weakened digestive systems (most of the population these days) will benefit quicker from the pulp-free juice from a juicer. the juice goes straight through the intestinal walls and into the blood, no digestion required.

  12. great video, great scenery, great health role model, great speech, especially about the negative peer pressure that is so strong. it’s really tough to go against the sleeping mass opinions these days but so worth it.

  21. I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of the medical profession to discover the cause and cure for this horrific disease after 15 years of failed treatments. I understand this illness completely from the inside and back out again. Symptoms are often mistaken as a cause and what can help does not cure. Please, do not give up and keep going. See my You Tube video “Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia – Choosing What Works” and my best wishes to you all!!!
