Question by Laurabear41: I have diabetes and just found out I also have gout is there anything left that I can eat?
I know what I shouldn’t eat with the diabetes but I am not sure now that I have gout what to eat now they want me to limit my protein.
I didnt mean to get medical advice here I have talked to my dr and gotten some advice from him I just wanted to connect with people that knew where I was coming from and that had some of the same issues and could offer some moral support and food ideas not a complete meal plan Thank you for all your answers
