Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – Cherry Juice Gout Relief – How to Relieve Gout With Cherries and Diet

Discover here how to use cherry juice and diet to relieve gout pain as part of a natural gout remedy program. Cherries have been used for centuries for all manner of ailments, including gout. For example the Romans, because of their high purine diet, suffered a lot of gout and, of course, used natural remedies to relieve it.

In order to understand how cherries and diet work to eliminate the symptoms of gout, it’s worth considering just what causes your gout…

The actual cause of your pain are needle-like uric acid crystals that have found their way into your joints, mainly in the foot (especially the big toe), but any joint is possible. Uric acid itself is formed when chemical compounds called ‘purines’ breakdown in the process of helping to provide us with the energy we need and protein. And purines also exist in lots of our foods in varying levels of concentrations.

So you can see that a high purine diet can be linked with a higher risk of gout. And, once having gout, with your ability to get rid of it.

Typical high purine foods to avoid are; red meat, mincemeat, meat extracts, broth, consomme, offal (liver, heart, kidneys, brains, etc.), poultry (particularly turkey), shellfish, some seafood (e.g. herrings, mackerel, sardines, fish roe), baker’s & brewer’s yeast, yeast extracts, beans, lentils, peas, asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms.

And now to the cherry juice. As noted above cherries have been widely used for centuries to help relieve gout and many other ailments. Cherries can lower the uric acid levels in your bloodstream by as much as 15%. They have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory powers due to the Anthocyanins they contain.

Cherries can be consumed fresh, dried or as cherry juice. They all seem to be equally effective in relieving gout. Note, though, that it isn’t the cherry juice you find in a can of cherries in the supermarket, it has to be concentrated cherry juice you would get in a health food store. Eat at least a cup of fresh (or dried) cherries with every meal. Alternatively, take 2 tablespoons of concentrated cherry juice daily.

The combination of cherry juice / cherries and a low purine diet can help relieve the symptoms of gout without drugs. But you also need to ensure your gout doesn’t return, since recurring gout attacks can cause joint and kidney damage. So eliminate the symptoms and pain of gout, and, treat to prevent it returning.

You can find out how to do this with an easy, step-by-step natural gout remedy report that thousands of ex-gout victims around the world have successfully used. And it doesn’t matter if you have gout toe, ankle or knee etc., this report has everything covered.

To find out exactly what these ex-gout sufferers know that you don’t, and, to get gout pain relief in 2 hours, please go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and start on your guaranteed gout cure in minutes.

need to buy pure cherry juice, not mixed with other juices. It can be expensive ($ 17/bottle last time I met him), but a bit ‘goes a long way. I’ve had in a local health food store reputation. My father-in-law swore that he helped with his gout.

Cherry Juice For Gout Pain Relief

Many people take cherries and / or cherry juice for gout pain relief. Here, you’ll discover how you can use this natural remedy to relieve the pain of your gout. Cherries and cherry juice can be used to treat gout naturally, without the need for drug-based medications with their horrible side effects. In the 1950s Dr. Ludwig Blau was said to have cured his rather serious gout by eating between 6 and 8 cherries a day.

And since then several studies have shown that eating cherries can not only reduce inflammation, but, lower uric acid levels too. There is a bit of a debate about how much cherries should be taken to help get rid of gout. The number ranges from as little as 6 to as many as 40 per day. This is probably down to just how severe the gout is, and, each person’s metabolism being different.

You have to determine what number is right for you. But some researchers suggest that taking 30 to 40 cherries every 4 hours can help a lot during an actual gout attack. With 30 to 40 once a day to help prevent attacks. Cherry juice is also regularly used for gout pain relief. Because this is in a more concentrated form this can be pretty effective during an attack and for maintenance.

But, again, because each person is different, you need to experiment to discover how much you need to take to be effective. A minimum of 1 cup of cherry juice (from the health-food store) twice a day, might be a good start for you. But if you decide on concentrated cherry juice, then mix 2 tablespoons in a cup of water and take that twice a day.

Cherries and cherry juice for gout pain relief is a very popular remedy. But, on its own, this remedy is unlikely to prevent further attacks of gout from occurring. This is because there are a number of underlying issues that can determine gout, e.g. your family history of gout or arthritis, your diet, your lifestyle, your weight, medications you may be taking, etc.

This is important because, if you just treat the symptoms of gout attacks, without addressing the root causes of gout, you may continue to suffer these horrible gout pains.

But, if you suffer frequent gout attacks over a long enough period, you could end up with permanently damaged joints. You could even end up with kidney problems like excruciating kidney stones. And, because you’ve already suffered from gout, you’re now more likely to suffer more gout attacks.

You’re in luck though. There’s a special gout report available online [see below] that has all the information you need in one place. It is what thousands of ex-gout victims worldwide have successfully used to prevent their gout returning. It also contains a special 2 hour gout pain relief program.

And it uses fully-researched, totally natural methods. So that you benefit two ways: (1) you get rid of your excruciating pain very fast, and, (2) you prevent your gout returning, so that you reduce the risk of permanent damage.

If you want to get gout pain relief in 2 hours, plus, prevent your gout returning in the future, then go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both without expensive drugs with their horrible side effects.

Gout Pain – Gout Pain Relief Using Cherry Juice

Gout pain is unbearable, and increasingly, gout victims are seeking gout pain relief through natural, home-based remedies. Cherry juice is one such popular, but effective, remedy for gout pain relief.

How do you get gout pain? Gout is caused by too much uric acid in your bloodstream. When there is too much acid, it can build up in your joints (in most cases in your toes and feet) in the form of needle-like crystals that cause swelling, stiffness, heat, inflammation and excruciating gout pain.

But, uric acid is a natural byproduct of the breakdown of ‘purines’ in your body. These occur naturally in our bodies and some foods and have a vital role to play. For example, they convert genes to protein and food to energy among. Since purines occur in much of our most favorite foods, they can cause real problems for gout sufferers like yourself.

As a gout victim you must avoid high-purine foods such as; red meats, offal, shellfish, gravy, peas, beans, lentils, cauliflower, asparagus, etc. And you must cut-out alcohol, especially beer.

So what about cherry juice? One natural way to help get gout pain relief is to take cherry juice, fresh cherries, or even, dried cherries. Cherries help to lower the uric acid levels in your blood by as much as 15% and are a key gout pain relief agent, along with water. Yes, drink plenty of water, around 2 litres per day, to help your kidneys flush excess uric acid out of your system.

But as well as gout pain, sufferers also have the added problems of not being able to get around, not being able to work, etc. so that although the pain is a serious issue, so is the negative impact on their daily activities. And how often have you, for example, had recurring gout attacks; that is, you get rid of your gout pain only for it to return time and again?

Part of the reason is you are only addressing the symptoms (e.g. the pain) and not the root causes of gout. And the root cause isn’t just your diet, there are many things to consider such as body pH levels, family history, etc. So this time around, as well as getting rid of the gout pain, you might want to consider exploring just how to stop it returning. After all, prevention is always better than cure, right?.

You can do all this work yourself, but, fortunately, there is a fully-researched and proven online gout report that you can get your hands on right now. All the work has been done for you, you just have to follow what it says. Thousands of satisfied former gout victims around the world have done just that.

Its easy, step-by-step approach will lead you to a guaranteed, totally natural, home-based remedy that is right for you. And it includes a special 2 hour gout relief program for folks suffering acute gout pain right now. If this is you or a loved one then this could be just what you or they need.

To discover how this report can bring you relief from gout pain in 2 hours and how it can prevent your gout returning, please visit http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and get started in minutes. Remember, it’s guaranteed so you can’t go wrong.

The author constantly researches health issues then writes reports on his findings so that you are perhaps more aware of the facts, and then, better able to make an informed decision on your choice of treatment and cure.
