All I am able to find are the same references about red meats,organ meats, shrimp ,mussels. spinach etc. Does anyone know where I can find out anything pertaining to non whole foods,like Coffeemate,salad dressings,mayonaise,etc. ?

Should have told the Dr. about gout problem before putting the dye.
