Question by raul h: is glucosamine sulfate safe or recommended for gout patients?
i have been diagnosed with gouty arthritis which is due to high levels of uric acid. i would like to know if glucosamine sulfate is safe for hyperuricemia patients.

Glucosamine is good for joint health in general… but for Uric Acid, Cherries are the best thing. Cherries naturally help to metabolize Uric Acid, and we have hundreds of customers that have used it very successfully for matters like Gout. Good luck!

I heard the drop may be caused by seafood, so if that’s true if someone stay away from pills, glucosamine and chondroitin containing shellfish and may cause an outbreak of gout?
