Best answer:

Answer by Sofilita
dont know what gout is but i have diabetes, and i can eat anything i want. do you have a pump? if not, definately consider getting one they are amazing get a minimed, but you can eat anything you want as long as you give insulin, or bolus, for it. think about what the food is while bolusing. if your eating something sugary, like cake or orange juice, bolus 10 minutes before you even start eating. if it’s fatty or proteinatious, you can bolus during or after you eat.
