Question by janice k: i live with a 35 year old man who has gout. how can i make a diet we both can enjoy and lose weight?
exercise is out of the question now. he has a class 2 sprain and can hardly walk.

eating lots more but in smaller portions and lots protien like chicken and fish but there be some sort of excersize involed he dosent run or anything have him do lots of streching and lift like maybe a very small wieght

AWW I FEEL FOR YOU MY FATHER HAS GOUT HE HAS HAD IT FOR MANY YEARS YOU CAN GET IT IN ANY PART OF YOUR BODY BUT AS FAR AS FOOD STAY AWAY FROM BEER OR SALTY FOODS FOODS WITH LOTS OF FAT GREASE YOU NAME IT EAT HEALTHY IT WILL HELP GOD BLESS YOU!!!1
