Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – Cure Acute Gout Attack Naturally
There are two objectives when treating an acute gout attack; first get rid of the agonizing pain and symptoms, then, treat to prevent another acute gout attack in the future. Prevention is always better than cure.
Mainstream treatment usually consists of drug-based medication, many of which have unfortunate side effects, which is why many gout victims around the world are seeking to cure their acute gout naturally.
The following are just some of many natural remedies that acute gout sufferers are using and finding to be effective, either together or individually…
Avoid foods such as, red meat, game, offal, shellfish, poultry, broth, sardines, mackerel, roe, legumes, yeast, etc. And avoid alcohol
Drink at least 12 eight-ounce glasses of water each day to wash excess uric acid out of your system.
Eat a lot of fresh vegetables & fruit. Five portions a day. BUT avoid cauliflower, asparagus and mushrooms.
Eat lots of fresh cherries and / or strawberries everyday to help with pain relief and to neutralize uric acid.
Eat high-fiber foods to help flush out your body.
Drink apple cider vinegar, or, apply it topically. It lowers uric acid levels and helps to relieve pain.
Make up a poultice of charcoal using 1/2 cup of activated charcoal, 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and warm water.
Take alfalfa to help reduce uric acid and it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.
These natural remedies are a great start in your search for natural gout cures. But they can only ever be a ‘start’. These will relieve the acute gout symptoms you may be suffering right now, but, on their own they can’t prevent your gout returning.
You do need to investigate a whole bunch of other issues that help determine a permanent gout remedy that suits your individual circumstances, e.g. weight, medical conditions, diet, body pH, family history and much more. If left untreated, recurring gout can lead to severely damaged joints and kidney problems in the future.
Luckily, there is a fully-researched and proven gout report that you can download right now that lays all this out for you so you don’t have to do any of the work. And it’s based totally on gout natural remedies, no drugs with nasty side-effects.
It has a simple step-by-step approach to a totally natural, guaranteed cure that thousands of ex-gout victims around the world have had the benefit of.
And crucially, if you’re suffering agonizing acute gout pain right now, it has a special 2 hour gout relief program that has worked wonders for gout sufferers like you.

What is Gout and How do I Treat and Cure It?
So what is gout? Gout is basically a known metabolic arthritis type, meaning it is a disease, one which affects the joint areas of the body, and the tissues surrounding it. The whole condition of gout is such as it is caused by a congenital disorder of uric acid metabolism. When talking about gout, uric acid crystals, or also known as monosodium urate, are deposited on the articular cartilage of joints, which can lead to major health problems as well as excruciating pain.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – How to Get Rid of Gout Fast & Naturally
Wondering just how to get rid of gout fast and naturally? Well, if you want to get rid of gout pain fast, plus, prevent your gout returning, and, you’re prepared to make some changes in your diet and lifestyle, then you can get rid of gout fast and naturally, just as thousands of folks have around the world. The key to how to get rid of gout fast and naturally is to understand what causes it…
Your gout symptoms are caused by uric acid crystals in your joints and tendons. Uric acid is naturally formed when purines in your food and in the cells of your body are broken down as part of your normal body processes. Under normal conditions your kidneys control the levels of uric acid in your bloodstream and maintains these levels in a healthy, balanced state. But, for a variety of reasons, the kidneys can’t maintain normal healthy levels of uric acid, with the result that you have too much uric acid in your bloodstream.
So how do I get rid of gout naturally? You have seen that there is a correlation between high levels of purines and gout. It follows, then, that any effective diet for gout must consist of foods that are low in purines. High purine foods to avoid are; red meat, offal, mincemeat, shellfish, herring, mackerel, sardines, asparagus, cauliflower, white flour products, yeast, yeast extract, etc.
So what can I eat to help me get rid of gout? Basically anything that isn’t high in purines. Here are some ‘safe’ gout foods: Low-fat dairy products, high-vitamin C foods, complex carbohydrates (e.g. breads, cereals, pasta, rice, etc.), essential fatty acids (e.g. tuna, salmon, seeds), vegetables (except those mentioned above), cherries, strawberries, blueberries, grapes.
By following a gout prevention diet you’ll have made a great start to preventing further attacks. But, unfortunately, the diet isn’t enough. Such important issues as your lifestyle, family history, weight, underlying medical conditions, existing medications, and a whole bunch of other things will impact your recovery. You need an understanding of all these issues to understand exactly how to get rid of your gout fast and naturally.
Luckily, there is a fully-researched and proven online gout report that you can get your hands on in minutes, which thousands of people all over the world have successfully used to beat their gout. All the work has been done for you. It shows you just how to get rid of gout fast and naturally.
Its easy, step-by-step approach will lead you to a guaranteed, totally natural, home-based remedy. And it includes a special 2 hour relief program for victims suffering acute gout pain right now. If this is you, or a loved one, then this could be just what you need.
If you want to get gout pain relief in 2 hours, plus, prevent your gout returning in the future, then go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both using completely natural means.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – Treating Gout Symptoms Naturally
Treating gout symptoms naturally is much easier than you may think. There are many natural remedies out there, but here you’ll discover 3 simple gout treatments that are both popular and effective. Let’s get cracking…
The symptoms of gout, i.e. swelling, redness, stiffness, inflammation, hot to touch and, not forgetting, excruciating pain, are caused by the deposition of urate crystals in your joint(s).
These ‘gout’ crystals can be formed when you have high levels of uric acid in your blood. This condition — known as hyperuricemia — typically arises when your kidneys can’t excrete enough uric acid out of your body.
This usually happens when either, your kidneys can’t deal with your body’s normal uric acid production, or, your body is producing too much acid for your kidneys to handle. Or even both at the same time. Whatever the reason, the result is high uric acid that leads to needle-like crystals causing gout in your joint(s).
There is no doubt that drug-based treatments prescribed by the medical profession can eliminate gout symptoms by reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and, lowering uric acid. But their side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, bleeding and ulcers, etc., mean that many gout sufferers are now seeking natural gout remedies.
Here are 3 ways of treating gout symptoms that I have found to be effective — as have very many other gout sufferers:-
(1) CHERRIES
Their natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties make these an excellent natural gout treatment. The amount you take varies from person to person, but 30 to 40 every 4 hours during an attack, seems to be effective. Repeat everyday until your symptoms abate.
(2) CELERY SEEDS
These contain a range of different types of anti-inflammatory properties that make this another powerful gout remedy. You can make a tea by boiling 1 tablespoon of seeds in 2 cups of water until the seeds are soft. Strain off the seeds and drink 1/2 cup 4 times daily until your gout symptoms have gone.
Note: Pregnant women and anyone with kidney disease or disorder should definitely not use this treatment. This is because celery seeds are a natural diuretic.
(3) VITAMIN C
Vitamin C has been shown to both aid in uric acid excretion, and, in the reduction of uric acid in the blood. Eat lots of fruit, particularly oranges, tangerines, etc., plus, vegetables such as red bell peppers, potatoes and red cabbage. You can also take it in supplement form, which is particularly effective during an actual gout attack.
These are just three ways of treating gout symptoms naturally; there are very many more that you can consider. Some are really only of use during an actual attack, whilst others can be used to prevent recurring gout attacks.
And you must prevent recurring gout. Not just because of the agony of an attack and the way it affects your day-to-day activities, but also because enough of these can leave you with permanent joint damage and / or kidney problems, including stones.
So, for more information on treating gout symptoms fast, plus, preventing your gout returning in the future, go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both without expensive drugs with their horrible side effects.

How to Eliminate Gout Naturally

(ArticlesBase SC #3552928)
Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – How to Eliminate Gout Naturally
You can eliminate gout naturally, without drugs. And the elimination of gout through natural remedies is increasing. Many gout sufferers are fed-up with the side effects of drugs, so they are turning more and more to natural remedies to help them eliminate gout.
How to Eliminate Gout Naturally
There’s a whole raft of natural remedies to help you eliminate your gout without you having to resort to pharmaceutical drugs. They utilise the natural gout-fighting benefits of things like herbs, natural supplements, selected fruits and selected vegetables, etc.
The range of natural remedies work to eliminate gout by reducing inflammation, relieving pain, lowering uric acid levels, detoxing your body, cleansing your kidneys, changing body pH, flushing excess uric acid from your body, and so on.
Typical are celery seeds (anti-inflammatory), alfalfa (uric acid reduction), cherries (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant), bromelain (anti-inflammatory), shark cartilage (pain relief), L-glutamine (inflammation / pain), apple cider vinegar (pH regulation), baking soda (dissolves crystals, helps acid excretion, pH regulation), etc.
These work especially when you get an attack of gout. But it’s vital that you also try to prevent further gout attacks due to the long term dangers that they possess. Frequently recurring gout can lead to permanent joint damage, and, kidney problems. And once having suffered a gout attack you’re highly likely to suffer more.
And as gout attacks are triggered by high uric acid levels in the blood, you need to reduce those levels and maintain them at healthier lower levels. A critical aspect of this objective is your diet…
Diet to Eliminate Gout
Gout symptoms arise because of urate crystals in the joints that are formed when there are high levels of uric acid in your bloodstream. Uric acid is produced when chemical compounds in your body’s cells called ‘purines’ breakdown.
But purines also exist in our foods in varying concentrations. Generally speaking high protein foods contain high levels of purines. So the more purines you consume the more uric acid is produced in your system.
Normally, your kidneys take care of this by flushing most uric acid out through your urine. The levels of uric acid left in your body act as antioxidants and so are beneficial.
But if there’s too much acid being produced, or, your kidneys can’t cope with the normal acid levels being produced, then you end up with high uric acid levels in your blood. This leads to crystal formation and gout.
This is why, as a gout sufferer, your diet is so very important when it comes to eliminating your gout.
Foods to Eliminate Gout
Purines exist in foods at levels from relatively low to very high. What you need to do as a gout sufferer is to avoid foods that are high / very high in purines, and, eat those that have relatively low purine concentrations. There are also foods that have relatively moderate levels of purines that you are best to avoid, but if you wish, you can take but in very small amounts and not too frequently.
Foods to be avoided are fatty red meat, organ meats, broth, consomme, some fish, shellfish, poultry, yeast, etc. Within these general food types there are foods that have moderately high purines and may be taken sparingly and with caution.
Foods that you can eat are typically, essential fatty acids, complex carbohydrates, low-fat dairy produce, high vitamin C foods, green leafy vegetables, etc.

1. Drink! You should be drinking at least 10 to 12 eight-ounce glasses of water each day. Water is one of the best ways to flush impurities, toxins and build-ups. Better tip: Try drinking away your gout with alkaline water with a pH of greater than 7.
2. Avoid foods high in purines. Uric acid (cause of gout) is formed from the breakdown of purines, high-purine diets are often the cause of gout. Such foods include: meats such as kidneys, liver, tripe and tongue. Red meats also have been linked to gout attacks as well as some vegetables. Our report as a list of foods to eat and NOT to eat.
3. Exercise! Being obese can lead to excessive levels of uric acid in your blood. Try to do cardiovascular workouts (workouts that get heart pumping) at least three times a week. Start slow and don’t get burned out! You can do it!
4. Vitamin C! Begin by taking one of the most popular vitamins out there, Vitamin C. A healthy immune system is the key to a healthy life. And a healthy life starts with Vitamin C.
5. Breathe! Did you know that you are probably only receiving about 80% of the oxygen your body needs. Poor circulation leads to arthritis (gout is considered arthritis). Learn some simple breathing exercises and practice them 10-15 minutes a day.
There you have it! 5 simple ways to naturally cure gout! Don’t be overwhelmed or think you can’t do it! Remember this! You either pay for your health now (dedication, exercise, eating right) or you pay for it later (hospital bills, visits, medications, treatments). I think the obvious choice is to pay for it now and take care of your body! And we would love to help you do this!

What food in your diet causes gout? How to get rid of gout naturally?
Gout vs Diet
The cause of gout is a high blood level of uric acids which is a waste product. The waste product is a breakdown of purines which are substances naturally found in your body. Purines are also found in several types of food.
To get rid of gout, in times past, included very strict dietary regiments but because of medications that are used to combat gout the regiments are not as harsh as they once were.
There still are some recommended dietary modifications though as they can greatly help your chances of avoiding gout flare-ups. Many medications for gout cause many, potentially serious, side effects so dietary modifications can be a better option than the medications.
Some of the foods that are high in purines and should be avoided are liver, brain, kidney, sweetbread, anchovies, peas, beans, mackerel, mincemeat, scallops, muscles, and herring. Other foods such as poultry, meat, and fish have lesser amounts of purines so it is suggested that they be eaten in moderation.
Other ways that you can lower the risk of gout naturally are:
Avoiding alcohol altogether or only drinking it in moderation, perhaps saving yourself for special occasions only. Drinking a lot of alcohol increases the risk of hyperuricemia, as the alcohol gets in the way of the natural removal of uric acids from the body. If you have gout and especially if you are having a gout attack alcohol should be avoided completely.
Make sure to drink plenty of fluids to flush the system of uric acids. Aim for around 2 liters of water a day, more if you are exercising or have a physical job.
Try to maintain a healthy weight. The more excess weight you are holding the more stress is then put on your joints increasing the possibility of gout.
Try to lose excess weight but do not do so by rapid weight loss diets as they can increase uric acid levels in the blood. In weight loss also avoid low-carb diets as they are high in fat and protein. Consuming too much of these types of foods can increase your chances of developing hyperuricemia.
Foods that are low in purines will help in keeping gout at bay. Below is a list of foods which are low in purines.
Breakfast – Cereals and breads, coffee, tea, oatmeal, eggs, fruits, juices, cheese (low fat), milk, and peanut butter.
Lunch – Nuts and peanut butter, pasta macaroni, soups, cream style soups, cheeses (low fat) and broths
Dinner – Pasta, macaroni, eggs, vegetables, breads and cereals, low-fat cheeses and soups.
Other foods and food items low in purines are gelatin, fats and oils (in small amounts), soda, sugar, syrups, and other sweets in moderation.
As with anything, moderation is the key to a low purine diet. Some foods which have a moderate purine level are: beef, lamb, pork, vegetables such as mushrooms, asparagus, cauliflower, spinach, wheat germ, all types of yeast and gravies.
It is ok to have these foods as long is it is in moderation. Even foods that are high in purines can be eaten occasionally unless you have gout or are having an attack of gout.

How To Get Rid Of Gout Naturally, Easily And Quickly
By: John Andrews
About the Author
(ArticlesBase SC #2035248)
Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – How To Get Rid Of Gout Naturally, Easily And Quickly
Do you want to Get Rid Of Gout? If you’re concerned about gout and want to know how to get rid of it, you need to get your hands on a good step-by-step guide.
Good news! Not only can you get rid of gout pain but it’s preventable! There’s simply no excuse not to follow sound advice from a proper guide, especially as prevention is key.
You know the drill from watching commercials and infomercials: contact your personal doctor or health care professional.
That said, take charge of your own health: get your guide, do your own research, compare notes and use your God-given intelligence to make the right choices for your overall health. The doctor is there for consultation.
Here are some quick tips on how to get rid of gout: first step, make a few lifestyle changes. We all sometimes want a quick-fix and run to fill that prescription. Fine, an Rx does have its place.
But if you can learn how to get rid of gout before it gets to that stage, then why don’t you? C’mon! Besides, bad news: if gout is left untreated or allowed to flare up too often, you’re on the path to joint damage, impaired mobility and even worse, deformity. You have chronic gout without even knowing it.
Using A Step By Step Guide To Naturally, Easily And Quickly Get Rid Of Gout
A guide will tell you how you can live a healthy and prescription-free life by simply making these changes. These may include changing your diet, getting regular exercise, drinking enough water, keeping a steady and comfortable weight, knowing what foods to avoid, using various at-home remedies. Learn about possible food allergies and how these contribute to gout.
It’s best to check the guide for other options e.g. using over-the-counter painkillers to reduce swelling and irritation. Again, you need to know which ones to take. Did you know that aspirin could adversely affect uric acid levels, for instance? That doctors can prescribe stronger NSAIDs (aka indomethacin) and steroids for severe gout but what about side effects? How about the fact that you can get rid of gout pain by resting and icing the afflicted joint?
A guide will surprise you when you realize you don’t have to give up all your favorite delicious fun foods. Some can actually improve, even prevent gout! Low-fat yogurt is one! Learn to get rid of gout by only varying the type of food you enjoy daily, like having skim or low-fat milk, not whole milk. How can you work around your current diet? How about cutting down on the sodas and sweets that you consume?
It’s easy to get a Get Rid Of Gout Guide to learn more life changes to make before you become a victim of chronic gout. Don’t waste precious time and money beating about the bush trying to find answers when a step-by-step guide is the solution. A guide is highly recommended. Be sure and go online right away.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/ – 3 Simple Tips To Get Rid Of Gout Naturally
To get rid of gout naturally is preferable to getting rid of it with costly drugs with nasty side effects. Here, you’ll discover 3 natural home remedies to get rid of gout that may surprise you.
Mainstream drug-based medication for eliminating gout symptoms like inflammation, redness, swelling, stiffness and pain can be very effective. But they do have side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, bleeding, ulcers, and so on. Which is why there is so much interest among an ever-growing number of gout sufferers in natural remedies to get rid of gout pain.
Here are 3 simple ways to get rid of gout pain naturally without using expensive drug-based medication with their horrible side effects…
(1) WATER TO GET RID OF GOUT
Drink plenty of water regularly throughout the day, every single day. Water helps your kidneys to process uric acid and then flush from your body via the urine. You need to drink at least 2 litres per day, but if you can, 3 litres is better.
(2) CHERRIES ARE EFFECTIVE IN GETTING RID OF GOUT TOO
Eat cherries daily. Many gout sufferers speak very highly of this home remedy for gout. Cherries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
So how many should you consume daily? The figure seems to vary because everybody’s metabolism is different. But between 20 and 40 cherries per day seems to help.
(3) CELERY SEEDS CAN GET RID OF GOUT SYMPTOMS
Another home remedy that is often talked about as being very good is an infusion of celery seeds. Celery seeds have more than 20 different anti-inflammatory properties. So they are excellent for reducing inflammation and for gout pain relief.
Add 1 tablespoon into 2 cups of water and bring to the boil. When the seeds are soft, remove them by straining the liquid mix. Drink 1/2 cup 4 times per day until your gout symptoms have disappeared.
Caution: Because celery seeds are a diuretic, this home remedy shouldn’t be used by pregnant women, or, anybody with any kidney problems.
These 3 tips can certainly help to get rid of gout naturally, but, as well as addressing the actual gout attack, you also need to prevent further gout attacks.
You need to do this because frequently recurring gout can have you ending up with permanently damaged joints, kidney stones or other kidney problems. And once having had one attack of gout, you are extremely likely to have more.
So, if you want to get really fast gout pain relief, plus, prevent your gout returning in the future, then go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both without expensive drugs with their horrible side effects.

Home Remedy for Gout- Naturally Cure Gout With Simple ?natural Health? Tips
Are you wondering what is best home remedy for gout? Are you part of the millions who want to naturally cure gout but are wondering where to start?
You most likely have already seen a doctor about your arthritic condition? Though doctors might prescribe a ‘hefty’ pain medication, this is not a cure! Pain medications are meant to help you deal with the pain and will never fully treat or cure the gout problem you are dealing with. In fact, the only way to cure gout is to use simple, effective natural health tips that have been around since King David ruled. Seriously!
To Cure Gout is to Reverse the Risk-factors
Gout has been around for 3000 years and was even known as the ‘disease of kings’ because many kings would get the arthritis from their luxurious lifestyles. Being that gout is caused from being overweight and excessive alcohol consumption, it was no wonder most kings were stricken with gout. Though many treatments have been tried over the last 30 centuries, most treatments that WORK would be considered under the category of ‘natural health’.
And though gout is common today, you can cure gout by reversing the risk factors (alcohol and being overweight). Specifically, gout can naturally be cured by changing simple lifestyle habits.
Naturally Cure Gout vs. a Doctor’s Prescription
I am not completely opposed to prescription medications but in some cases prescriptions do more harm than good! Especially, when it comes to treating gout!
Imagine a man with a brain tumor who is always getting headaches. The man continues to take aspirin, prescribed by his doctor, to relieve the headache only to find out that his migraine returns. Though the doctor continues to prescribe aspirin; the pain reliever will NEVER cure the brain tumor. In fact, the brain tumor will only get worse if drastic measures are not taking.
Unfortunately, this is the same thing that happens when a doctor treats gout. Because doctors will typically prescribe one of three types of medicinal treatments; Traditional treatments include Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs); Corticosteroids; and Colchicines. Though all of these treatments will numb the pain, none of the treatments will cure the cause of gout, high uric acid levels. To discover a list of major side-effects of traditional treatments, please visit our Home Remedy for Gout website.
By choosing to take any of the following treatments, you can actually cause more harm to the affected joint and not even realize it. Though your brain might be telling you that ‘it doesn’t hurt’; your joint might be ‘screaming with pain’.
However, by naturally curing gout with simple lifestyle habit changes, you can decrease uric acid levels (cause of gout) and naturally cure gout permanently. The following is a list our natural health medical doctor recommends to our customers.
Natural Health Gout Tips
1. Avoid Animal Protein- Meat from animals typically contains a high number of purines which will cause your uric levels to shoot through the roof. In order to decrease the likelihood of an attack, avoid foods high in purines. Our Naturally Cure Gout website gives a list of foods to avoid and a list of foods you should eat!
2. Limit Alcohol- Alcohol has also shown to raise the uric acid levels in the body. You should never drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day. The key is to keep the uric acid levels down.
3. Drink half your body weight- You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day. That means if you weigh 200 lbs. you should be drinking 100 ounces of water per day. That equates to 12 glasses of water per day. Water is a natural flusher and essential for optimal health!
4. Exercise, obviously! - I recently read an article of over 1,000 benefits from exercise. And can you believe it, they forgot to list that exercise will eventually help you cure gout. By lowering your Body Mass Index (BMI) and maintaining a healthy body weight, you can naturally cure gout!
5. Vitamins! It has been documented that Vitamin C has been shown to help reduce uric acid levels in the body. Thus, resulting in less gout acute attacks. We also recommend finding a quality multi-vitamin for supplementing.
Treat It and Forget It!
Blueberries, bananas, cherries, strawberries, barley, hawthorn and much, much more! Are you interested in a ‘treat it and forget it’ remedy cure? If you are serious about saying good-bye to gout forever, visit our Home Remedy for Gout website, and consider a 100% guaranteed (you are cured and completely satisfied-promise), medical doctor-approved, researched based Gout Remedy Report that has literally helped tens of thousands.
