The celery tea is good to drink, it dissolves kidney stones and uric acid crystals that accumulate in gouty joints. I let the tea simmer for about 1 – 2 hours before i drink it. I’ll drink 3 glasses per day. I just did my 90 minute workout on an empty stomach BEFORE breakfast. I just had a shower and now i am preparing my breakfast. It consists of a cassarole from the Gerson Therapy – onions, eggplant and tomatoes. To that, i add, tumeric powder, quinoa, salba (or chia seeds), fresh chilli, fresh ginger root, mangosteen powder, extra virgin olive oil, Bragg’s All Purpose Seasoning (or Bragg’s Liquid Animos if you are in the USA) and apple cider vinegar. Delicious. HEALTHY!!

My husband was diagnosed with gout and the list of foods you should not eat is quite long and the list of foods that are allowed is very small! Help! I am also diabetic so this will be interesting. Thank you!
