i drink about 3 glasses of soy milk daily, and also eat penuts and brazil nuts every day.
am i doing something wrong? or is it okey for my gout condition?

A friend of mine has his brought on by too much salt. I would say see what foods/seasonings or what have cause your flare ups and avoid those.

Are you still eating red meat? It will not clear up if you’re still eating the cause of the problem.

Grapefruit juice is excellent for that condition. Oh yeah, juice that you squeeze yourself not the canned or bottled.

Gout is VERY common. And no, uric acid must be present because those crystals that are built up around the joint are caused by elevated levels of uric acid. Gout hurts like hell. I am a 28 year old healthy female. Other than thyroid disorder and HBP no underlying health issues. I had gout about a month ago in my left toe. It is really painful. You will be given Prednisone (if that doesn’t work, you’d start another round of steroids but it’d be a different medication) and usually some pain medication. Cheese, milk, foods high in fat, certain veggies can cause gout. It’s not very common though in young people unless you have something else wrong with you. Have you had blood work done? What were the results?

The celery tea is good to drink, it dissolves kidney stones and uric acid crystals that accumulate in gouty joints. I let the tea simmer for about 1 – 2 hours before i drink it. I’ll drink 3 glasses per day. I just did my 90 minute workout on an empty stomach BEFORE breakfast. I just had a shower and now i am preparing my breakfast.
