I have gout in my left big toe. Man it hurts like hell. Any suggestions on foods ok to eat or that would help.

  1. . Low fat milk products, Cherry’s/blueberry’s,vegetables, things high in vitamin c. Too much red meat, pork, seafood, liver,beer, soda,or any high purine diet will trigger or complicate gout. Drink plenty of water.
