Most important thing is to drink lots and lots of water, 1 oz for every 2 lbs of body weight.

What works for me is: 100% fruit juice, sour dairy (cottage cheese, sour cream, plain yogurt in homemade smoothies), V8 VFusion. Also celery seed pills, so if you like celery, eat up.
