Look for celery seed extract…either in liquid or capsule form. Look for a standardized extract, 450mg. I would start with 3-4 capsules daily for the first two days to get it in your system and working…then cut back to two, and then maybe one. It works very quickly so you should get some relief by the second day. I owned a health food store and one of my regular customers told me about this a few years ago. He took the capsules for a few months and then kept the gout at bay by eating some fresh celery every day. I’ve shared it with many people since then and even gave one bottle away to a man who was sure it wouldn’t work. He was back a few weeks later to buy another bottle and insisted I let him pay for the first bottle. You should also know that it’s usually a certain food that brings on a gout attack for most people. Beer, meat, sweets are some of the most common triggers. If you pay attention you should be able to figure out what your trigger is and then you can try to avoid it. Good luck and be well.
