I don’t know about medicine, but I know you are supposed to avoid red meat, like steak. Anything rich or fatty will cause outbreaks of gout.

   you need to go to the doctor for that special medication my friend takes it im not sure the name of it and also when your home drink lots of cherry juice and eat lots of celery sounds weird but it helps it really does..
