jus normal general practice can do. not so difficult to treat. if things are moving, then a urologist may take care of kidneys

   Rheumatologist would be the specialist that take care of people with gout. Most primary doctors are also able to take care of gout, but Rheumatologist will see the more difficult cases of gout or when the primary doctor does not feel comfortable managing it.
