Enough people asked me what was up with my wrist, so a quick vid to explain what’s going on. I made a mistake rendering the video, so that’s why the quality looks so bad. I didn’t realize it ’till it was done. So, sorry, deal with it. I know I am. I have a long-term fight with a form of arthritis called “gout”. And it sucks. The doctor was as surprised at the diagnosis as I was. There’s one treatment I didn’t talk about in this vid, because I tried to erase it from my mind all together. You can get cortisone shots into the inflamed joint to deaden the pain a while, and I’ve had it done in the past so I could go to big events, but never again. I’ll take the pain over the risks. And, as a “Cover your tail” statement, I’m not a doctor, I may be wrong on what I say here. What’s stated in this video is opinion based on a non-medical person’s experience dealing with this stuff, don’t self-diagnose / self treat. See a doctor, let them do the real tests.

Fibrous dysplaisia is not that un common.
It is in my video on the Femur

I know it’s rare, but why is there no mention of Fibrous Dysplasia?
As a pre-med student/patient of the condition, I have yet to see a large mention of it in medical education (It’s rare to meet doctors who know much about it).

Try chinese medicine. They have very good natural anti-oxidants and de-inflammatory agents.
And also, stop taking soft drinks and coffee, take only plain water or chinese/japanese tea. Go Vegetarian. Yeah you heard me, tyger. Gotta stop the meat intake for at least a year.

ugh hate noni. try acai berry juice. Papaya extract and Pineapple extract work wonders as well.
Cherries and blueberries also work wonders as well. Half pound a week for 3 to 6 weeks worked for me.

Cherries and Blueberries have anti-uritic acid. Pineapple and Papaya have anti-inflammatory qualities as well.
(You can get the pineapple and papaya extract from wal-mart)
